Finding information on "Joni"

Last week contacted the Southwest Booster local paper for Swift Current, The editor agreed to publish an appeal for info on the van complete with pictures. Low and behold couple of leads and then yesterday call from former employee who actually drove the ven in 1956 1957 1958. He then drove the new replacement, boy what a day exciting day and will keep him informed as to progress reports

Trying to bring blogg up to speed. After changing oil and filter, soaked carb for 2 days, cleaned carb and points, IT STARTED. First time in 50 years It actually sounded really good starting to think the 20000 miles showing on the clock could well be true. Trying to find gearbox bits or complete as there is quite a lot of rust in it. ,

Will it run?

Having pulled the motor and tranny from "Joni" going to see what it might need to get running after approx 50 years of sitting around. Met with fellow Brit car club enthusiasts see video.

Out with the old

Motor and tranny have to come out the door
